- Support Team usually takes 1-24 hours to answer a query. But sometimes it can take up to 3 days after your submitted request.
How to avoid support delay
- Provide Purchase Details to verify your purchase.
- If possible provide URL and/or screenshots where you see issue.
- It's good to provide Cpanel Details, FTP (SFPT) Details and Admin Panel Details.
- We doesn't provide free install service for live store!
- We doesn't answers about knowledge base question or custom style html/css.
Please do not duplicate your tickets, append all your questions to your existing ticket. Ticket will be automatic re-open and it would be help us check information for your issues and provide better support quality. If you create more than 2 ticket at a time, we have right to close every ticket but 1, and you need to list all the issues again in that ticket . Thank you!
